Pricing and Product Availability
Our noraml lead time is 2 weeks. Product required sooner may be subject to a rush charge. Prices and product availabilities are subject to change without notice. Specials and promotions may be limited to stock on hand. We are not responsible for typographical errors on pricing information. Terra Americana reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders place on incorrectly priced products. Should your credit card be charged for the item, Terra Americana will immediately issue a credit to the same card for the amount charged.

Your merchandise will be reserved for 10 days. Please allow up to 5 business days for check clearance. Your merchandise will be shipped once the check is received and cleared.
NOTE: Sales Tax will be added for customers in Massachusetts. The rate is 5%.
Shipping Information
Terra Americana's standard shipping is UPS Ground. Other shipping methods include: UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select. If your selected shipping option is not available for your location, we will ship using the least expensive method.
Shipping charges are calculated based on your shipping address, weight, and the size of the package.
All in-stock items are usually shipped within the next business day. If merchandise cannot be shipped, we will contact you immediately by email to inform you of the reason. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is ready to ship.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification of shipment along with a tracking number.
UPS Address Corrections: Any extra charges by UPS due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information will be charged to your credit card upon receipt (i.e. no suite or apartment number, wrong zip code, recipient has moved or request delivery to a new address). Please check your printed invoice and email or call us with any changes. Once we ship, we can not make any changes. The UPS address correction charge for Ground service is $5.00. The correction charge for Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day Select is $10.00.
Return Policy
We value your business and satisfaction. You may return any UNUSED, UNOPENED merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange (excluding restocking and shipping & handling fees). We cannot accept returns or issue any credit on merchandise that has been opened and/or partially used. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee.

to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and our return address. Please do NOT return any merchandise to us without a RMA number. Merchandise returned to us without a RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to you by your shipper.
For your protection, we suggest you ship the merchandise to us prepaid, insured, and with a tracking number for proof of delivery. You are responsible for shipping charges for all returns including defective or damaged items.
IMPORTANT: If you refuse your order after shipment, you will be charged shipping and a 20% restocking fee. No credit or refund will be given for merchandise returned after 30 days or not in NEW condition with all packaging material included.
